Checking usage and limits

AI PR Toolkit helps you manage your monthly limits for contacts, exports, and emails, and gives you upgrade options when you need more.

Tracking your usage

To check your current usage in AI PR Toolkit:

1. Click your profile icon in the top navigation.
2. Choose Subscription info from the dropdown menu.
3. You'll be taken to a page with available unit types.

Your AI PR Toolkit usage count refreshes automatically on the first of every month.

Plan limits and add-ons

Each paid plan comes with its monthly usage limits. You can increase these limits with optional add-ons at any time.

AI-cited media searches

The number of searches in the AI-cited Media Finder you can create each month.

• Base: 10
• Pro: 30

Contacts added monthly

The number of contacts from the Media Database you can add to your media lists each month.

• Base: 250
• Pro: 500 (add-on: +200 contacts for $29/month)

Exported contacts

The number of Media Database contacts you can export each month.

• Base: 0 (add-on: +200 contacts for $149/month) 
• Pro:  150 (add-on: +200 contacts for $149/month) 

Email sends

Number of emails you can send each month.

• Base: 500 (add-on: +1,000 emails for $29/month)
• Pro: 1,250 (add-on: +1,000 emails for $29/month)

Mentions per month

Number of Media Monitoring mentions collected through your monitoring queries.

• Base: Not available
• Pro: 3,000 (add-on: +10,000 mentions for $19/month)

How limits are counted

All limits are monthly and reset on the first day of each month:

• AI-cited media searches – Each search you create in the AI-cited Media Finder counts toward your monthly limit, regardless of how many outlets you’ve found.
• Contacts added – Every contact you add to media lists counts toward your monthly limit, regardless of whether it’s added to one or more lists. 
• Exported contacts – Each contact you export counts toward your monthly limit, regardless of how many lists contain this contact.
• Email sends – Each email and follow-up sent to a person counts toward your total monthly limit. If you’ve sent the same message twice to one person, it counts as two email sends.
• Monitoring mentions – Each mention found by your monitoring queries counts toward your monthly limit, so make sure you narrow your search down as much as possible.
• Add-ons (like extra contacts or exports) follow the same monthly cycle as the original limits.

Upgrade options

You’ll be notified in the app when you’re approaching your limit. To extend your limits, you can:

• Buy an add-on — for example, +200 contacts or +1000 emails monthly
• Upgrade your plan to increase your monthly limits and unlock additional features

If you want to upgrade regardless of in-app notifications:

1. Go to your profile at the top right and click Subscription info.
2. Select the Upgrade or add-on you need.
3. Review the change and confirm.
