One of the worst support teams in the hosting industry. It does not matter the problem, if you ask for a update at any time they will put you back at the bottom of the support tickets, then you get to wait all over, then if you happen to question, well you get the picture, after more than 14 hrs of a few website having problems we actually had to hire a freelancer from Fiverr. 20 minutes later problem fixed, Shame they have this kind of support policy, if you question anything you will wait and wait

Beware WordPress in the 30 days promotion cannot be upgraded and is very slow not able to installl nothing, anything you build is waste of time, even if you use the supersonic, gets slow in trafic hours, you not able to have more than 20 users at same time, then they can suspended you account if you store no many jpg or video files.
In hosting the first month service was good after I renewd to 3 months service became very bad and server load appeared in whm very high and all sites looked like down, very, very slow every day, I told them to cancel reseller service and refund me 2 months told me no way we cannot refund you because you renewd and you spent more than 30 day so we cannot refund
so take care when you work with them in the first month every thing will looks good after you spend 30 days you cannot refund so you will find every thing became very bad slow service web site down every day in rush-hour
I hear also they can stole your domains with they abuse team with pony excuses, to resel It at expensive tag

Shite auto renew process saved by excellent support team.
Auto renewed 2 domains weeks ago using PayPal but Namecheap returned the payment for unknown reasons AND failed to tell me they had done so.
Luckily Nominet told me the domains were about to be "lost" and 3rd operative I messaged at Namecheap sorted it perfectly for me.
WIll be transferring the domains to a regisrar whose processes are customer rather that business focussed rather than business focussed.
A great example, I was 2 cents short in my Namecheap account after paying by card (someones conversion rates are a wee bit out of wack) but had to add those 2 cents to the existing $18.94 credit before the renewal would take place. I added 5 cents more. So for 2 cents they lost my ongoing busines. What penny pinching fools.

The new rules on our SSL reinstallation added confusion. This confusion was overridden by a GREAT "Chat" tech support. Not only did we resolve the issue, I learned how to do this the next time by saving my transcript of the chat. Many Thanks Jeyabrindha D.

Surpassed any expectations I had and I was very leery of this service because it seemed too clean, user friendly and even claimed to offer 24/7 live chat support.. which we all know this is a claim MANY make often. However, this usually means you are stuck in a chatbox w some AI model that has poor reasoning skills and directs you to several FAQ articles from the company that aren't helpful or relevant. Some of the "live chat" options wont even have a way to connect you with an agent!
anyways, the interface is so easy to use and understand. Any issues I had were resolved so quickly I was skeptical of the efficacy of the solution provided. Lo and behold my problem was resolved fast with standby support as I attempted the instructions given easily and quickly by the rep; I was so impressed how quickly she knew what to do, and it was like she didn't need to consort with any manual or training available. She told me I would have to wait a moment while the chat was reviewed initially ,and that is usually my time to go check my email or something right? I was taken aback when she returned right away, like as if a real human looked at my chats as I might do ... and it didn't take some huge delay before the agent returned which is commonplace for "live chat". I am thinking often "what is the rep reading? like its four messages that are concise and easy to understand?" but no hassle with that here, which I have NEVER experienced before!?
Anyways her solution worked flawlessly and instantly with the instructions provided and I was like ??? She didn't need to escalate this issue, which is great bc other companies immediately ask you wait so they can escalate something like resolving a 2FA issue or refund request? Then this person also reads the chat for 5 mins, tells you do something that the inital AI bot said, and I have to explain why that didn't work... then this person goes to think for 10 mins, returns to tell me it must be moved up again and that they would get back to me in 72 hours hopefully while assigning me a case #. LOL
Just trying to say this was a breath of fresh air, and she monitored my progress and offered a prompt to continue on my mission to resolve my problem when she could tell I wasn't knowing how to do it via watching me. (first time logging in) I checked the article she provided and was immediately hesitant bc usually these articles provided in these situations are like horrible and just arent user friendly or don't show photos to guide etc. But this was SO simple and easy. and the article worked perfectly?!
anyways I am gushing but just this live chat option that was ACTUALLY live chat and with solutions immediately no less, with tools to explain the process needed which ACTUALLY helped?! Never had such a flawless customer service inquiry experience like this. Its a big deal , yes. Thanks for reading! you are fantastic and I appreciate you all and your service!
Have not actually utilized other features thus far, but this is obv a good look into how things run around here. Like I said site is smooth and user friendly so far, seemingly intuitive. I am so thrilled to have my money spent here.

Very bad service. Before migrating my sites I spoke to support and told them that my site is slightly broken but can be fixed at my end or if they can fix it at their end I would be happy to let them migrate. On completion of the migration I asked them for help to fix what they told me wouldn't be a problem and that they could do, yet all they did was tell me they were not equipt to help with any web dev things and proceeded to send me loads of knowledge database links to instruct me how to do these things myself. So they had migrated my website in the full knowledge that it was broken and insinutated that they could fix it at their end but reneged on what they said and left e with an unusable website.
They refused to refund me because I had paid with crypto but even that is a long story. They basically promise to do things and then completely contradict what they said in the previous email. It is all AI bot responses and all they do is send links that are 10 pages long and expect you to read through all of it and do the work yourself. After I had given up and asked for them to cancel my hosting plan and delete all copies of my website and emails, they initially agreed but asked why I wanted to delete any backups of my site that they had...should have been obvious but I explained as they had migrated a broken site and then told me they couldn't fix it, I did not want my site on their servers. They promised to delete backups but then reneged on that too and said they could not as I had cancelled my hosting plan, gave me a price (double of the original price) to reinstate the plan so they could delete all backups!
This is a Micky Mouse company that don't give you a personal service. All responses are by AI bots and the bots contradict themselves.
Avoid this hosting company at all costs. They are useless but worse still, they will ruin your business and hold your data without your consent!!!

Even the most simple functions are overcomplicated to access and the support is laughable. I have tried for several days to get help to access my mail from my phone and 15 supporters later, I realise they dont have a clue. Stay away for the sake of your mental health!
