  • Luxury or thrift? For today’s shopper, the answer is often: both. One of the more interesting trends in the apparel space right now is the rise in cross-visitation, with customers shopping high-end one day and hitting off-price or thrift the next. It’s a reminder that the traditional labels of "luxury" or "value" shopper don’t always apply. Consumer behavior is more nuanced, and understanding that complexity is key to delivering what consumers actually want.
