Q2 2025 was one for the MoonPay history books! 🧑💻👩💻 We built: shipping a huge Solana DeFi trading experience in our app with expanded token discoverability tools, designing a fast and sleek refreshed offramp experience, adding PayPal and Apple Pay as MoonPay Balance onramps, launching a new experience focused on crypto innovation called MoonPay Discover, introducing Recurring Buys in the United States, optimizing our Solana buying speeds with engineering magic that supercharged delivery by 1600%, and improving our overall app and onramp experience with dozens of changes 🌱🌳 We grew: opening our U.S. HQ in NYC, partnering with Mastercard to bring stablecoin payments to 150 million global businesses, launching our early-stage launchpad called MoonPay Labs, earning our Virtual Asset Service Provider registration in Jersey, launching a new worldwide partnership with Tether.io for their XAUT digital token, expanding access to TON and USDT in the United States, and partnering with brands like SatGo, Dorsia, QuickNode, Backpack, TRON DAO, VALR, Joey Wallet, MobyScreener, SOL Strategies, TOMO, and Play Solana to bring MoonPay to more people around the world 🏆🎉 We celebrated: receiving our BitLicense and Money Transmitter Licenses from the NYDFS, being named to the CNBC 2025 Disruptor 50 (as the only crypto-native company), winning the Best Places to Work Award from Sunday Times, witnessing our family at Otherlife win Small Business of the Year in Canada, and gathering as teams in New Orleans, New York, Toronto, and Lisbon to bond while building the future of payments Here's a look back at some of these moments, as told through the lens of ChatGPT's "Studio Ghibli" prompt!
