Beautiful apartment, interesting layout of rooms, in a very beautiful location in nature and panoramic view with all the equipment, but it is so, if you want pure peace you have to be alone in the whole building, because above us was a family with small children and the running of children around the upper apartment is quite transferred to the lower apartment and can be disturbing if you want peace and a little longer sleep, And the apartment needs a little more ventilation of the rooms before the season, because the smell in the closets is quite cloudy, but in general we are satisfied and that... dishwasher leaks water during operation

We were satisfied with our 4 days stay in this apartment, because there were not so many other guests during our stay, we had a great peace, the surroundings of the apartment are beautiful, surrounded by greenery, the long sandy beach is quite close, the apartment is quite neat and clean, but there are things that could be repaired (as in any apartment anywhere... of course ) for example mosquitoes would be welcome.... Otherwise, the apartment is for animal lovers, we are one of them, we had a company of kittens every day... Overall, we were satisfied.

Nice house with one separate bedroom and two open bedrooms on the upper floor. Enough space for small children around the dining table and especially on the big lovely veranda and in the garden. Very quite and friendly neighbourhood with two beaches and excellent restaurants within 4-5 min driving distance. Hary is very helpful with quick replies.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Posada in January. If you like peace and quiet and experience the original life in Sardinia, without the many tourists around you, then this is the ideal destination! With the exception of a few rainy days, we were able to have breakfast and drink coffee on our terrace in the sun every day. The temperature was pleasant. The house was nicely decorated and everything has been thought of. We didn't miss anything. Communication with the owner was very pleasant, involved, positive and adequate. Although she was abroad at the time, this was no obstacle. The contact with the on-site contact person was also very positive and adequate. We made beautiful trips every day to towns, beautiful beaches (all to ourselves) and the mountains, all in the middle of beautiful nature.

Wonderful house, has everything you might need. We had some problem with the hot water on site (visiting the island off season), it was fixed by the local company managing the property in less then 24 hours. The property is also a bit hard to find as we did not get the Instructions sent by e-mail on time, after couple of phone calls everything was settled. There are lot's of lovely neighborhood cats visiting the yard, please be kind and give them some water, they also enjoy having leftover food!

The apartment is fantastic - consisting all that a family would need during a holiday stay. The swimming pool is great for playing with children. The location is fantastic regarding a lot of great beaches to choose from and proximity of Santa Teresa Gallura - a beautiful and vibrant city. The owner is very responsive, communicative and helpful.
