  • “The staff is friendly and I am in and out in minutes.”
"I was out of the country and rented a car that broke down. They reversed the charges."
"They have helped us through many life events with their expertise and respectful communication."
Speedy and pleasant resolution of problems: Everyone promises it, but who delivers?
The companies at the top of Forbes' Best Customer Service 2025 list do. Created with research partner HundredX, this second-annual list relies on a 12-month survey of 181,000 people in the United States who provided 4.4 million ratings of the customer service they received from their interactions with more than 3,500 brands. The top 300 made the list, led by The UPS Store, USAA, Chick-fil-A, REI and Trader Joe's.
Like the customers from the respondent comments above—describing The UPS Store, American Express and USAA, respectively—HundredX found that respondents cared deeply about receiving exceptional service, every time.
"You can create differentiation in healthcare, in a jewelry store, in a grocery store," says Rob Pace, HundredX founder and CEO. "In the top 25, 13 different industries are represented. Often people think there's a few industries that are customer service industries, and others that aren't. The data would suggest not."
